Policy
• We ask our guests to respect the check out time, 11.30 am on the day of departure. When late check-out if it’s possible, we charge 500 THB. Please mention this request.
• You can leave your luggage at our depot.
• Pool towels are provided. Please keep them with you during your entire stay. We will change them when they are dirty. Lost or damaged pool towels will be charged at 300 THB.
• The swimming pool is open till 22.00; please don’t disturb the other guests.
• Additional guest(s), not registered at the time of check-in will be subject to identification/registration and a 400 THB charge. We don’t have to inform the guest.
• For shorten stays/early checkouts, we charge the full amount of the total cost of stay.
• Store valuables in the safe or take them with you when go out. Keep your room-key with you during your stay.
• Breakfast is served from 07.30 am till 10 am. The restaurant is open between 13.00 hr – 14.30 hr for lunch and between 17.00 hr- 20.30 hr for dinner.
• Room, mini-bar, restaurant and all other charges have to be paid before check out.
• We only accept Thai Baht currency.
• The guesthouse can not be held responsible for any injuries and accidents.
• Trips and tours booked through our staff will be at your own responsibility.
• Renting, motorcycles, or bicycles from the guesthouse will be at your own risk and responsibility.
• We strongly recommend that you check your insurance policy for your activity.
• The Guesthouse cannot be held responsible for any activity cancellation or restitution.
• Booking cancellation 1 month prior to arrival date is free of charge.
